Advice for teenager quotes

Growing up as a teenager is hard nowadays here is a simple link that you can see for yourself about professional quotes made by inspirational individuals to help out teenagers.

Self-control is the hardest skill to learn

Martin's blog about self-control

From birth until the day you move out on your own, pretty much every side of your life is controlled by someone else. Parents, teachers, babysitters and there's always someone looking over your shoulder to prevent you from messing up.

Examples:
  •  "Don't run in the hallways, you'll get hurt."
  • "Don't shoot that guy; you'll go to jail."
So from the time we're old enough to explain, we're taught that nothing is really under our own control, and if we do occur to mess up, the most we have to be scared of is getting grounded or yelled at. Eventually it all changes when you grow up and become an adult! When you become an adult the only person you’ll have to answer is yourself…  This is when advice for teenagers comes in handy because addictions and all sorts of bad habits for teens are the primary areas in which you will be suffering in the future if you don’t take action. So make sure you have self-control over yourself and you take control of your life before it’s too late.

Hope this helps!
